About ADI
Developing the person behind the player.
Athlete Development Institute is an emerging mentorship organization for student-athletes in grades 6–12, initially serving Pennsylvania public and private schools, with a long-term vision to grow nationally.
Why we exist
Sport teaches. Mentorship helps the lesson land.
Young athletes carry a lot: expectations, setbacks, playing-time questions, and the pressure to perform. Too often, the hard moments are faced alone. ADI provides a trusted, school-approved adult in their corner — one who helps them grow as people, not only as players.
Every athlete
Proactive development for all students, not just those already struggling.
Coach-aligned
We complement coaches and athletic directors, reinforcing their culture and authority.
School-first
Programs operate within school policies, schedules and approval processes.
Our founder
Built by someone who knows youth sports from the inside.
ADI was founded by an experienced youth sports business leader who founded and scaled a sports organization. Years spent alongside athletes, families and coaches revealed a recurring gap: students who needed someone to talk to, and no structured way to provide it. ADI is the answer to that gap.
